The room was very clean and well-kept. I saw an amazing fireworks display from the hotel, which looked to be a regular summer event. I appreciated that they gave us a dinner credit for our anniversary.
I found there was not enough lighting in the room, a bit difficult to see at night. It.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Lake Views

The location is convenient for accessing the pier and nearby attractions I found multiple supermarkets nearby. The lobby has an excellent design with a vibrant bar area. A coffee shop is also available within the hotel, and I appreciated this amenity.
The corridors had lighting that I found to be too dim. This gave the hallways a somewhat dingy appearance at times. I believe brighter lighting here would greatly improve the overall ambiance.

My room had a beautiful lake view through a glazing window I appreciated this feature. The room was comfortable with adequate space. There were full-size cosmetics available too.

The staff provided helpful service I found them to be responsive to my needs. The engineering team promptly assisted with a request and I was grateful for their kindness. Check-in was easy and efficient.

Breakfast offered a menu with very good options I could choose many things. A coffee shop located in the lobby provided quick access to refreshments. The island bar looked appealing though I did not use it.

I found the location very convenient. It was near major attractions. The gym WAS a great BONUS. I enjoyed using it. CHECK in and out were both easy and pleasant.
The doors were heavy. They slammed loudly when released. I heard that noise in the hallway often. The bathroom door was a sliding door, with a significant gap when closed. This LACKED privacy.
